I have chosen to persevere in all circumstances. There was a time in my life when I was not like this, and I would give up easily, but one of the fruits of the Spirit is perseverance and I have chosen to allow it to operate in my life by faith. When I have done all I can do to stand, I turn to Jesus and ask Him to make me stronger. He has not failed me yet, and as a result, I have done more than even I thought I could do. The wine of the Spirit is not just laughter, it is the character of God manifesting through me. His behavior becomes my behavior. His peace my peace. His joy my joy. His love my love. His patience my patience. His long-suffering my long-suffering. I believe that many are about to increase in the wine. They are about to become carriers of His presence in a way they did not imagine. They are about to assume the identity of the Son, and they are about to operate as sons and daughters of that Kingdom realm. You will no longer be overcome by bitterness and anger, but you will be forgiving and lovers of God and His people.

And, if you have a "lonely hole" in your heart, let God fill that hole, then you will not look to any person to fill it. "There is nobody on earth special enough to tell you who you are and your value - that is a God thing." Meditate on God's love for you. Choose to feel peace.
     It is Idolatry to put a person's opinion of you above God's opinion of you. Don't let anybody limit you or mess you up -- follow God only. Sometimes this happens with a good intention, such as a sense of loyalty, but its still wrong if its not what God intends for you. "We want people to like us. We want to belong and feel accepted. As a result, we often put man’s opinion above God’s. But when that opinion does not align with God’s, we enter dangerous territory. It leads us into the sinful place of idolatry."

   "How can you expect answers to your prayers? Four imperatives must be followed: abide, ask, believe, and receive...

ABIDE: Jesus says abiding is the key to successful praying. "If you abide in me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." ...if you are abiding in Christ -- if your life is yielded to Him and His Word is abiding in you so that you know His will -- you can ask anything you want because your will is to do His will...

ASK: Jesus said, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Everyone who asks receives; he who seek finds; and he who knocks, the door will be opened."

BELIEVE: Jesus promises in Matthew 21:22, "If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." Believing is at the heart of answered prayer. But how do you get this faith to believe? Should you try to work up some kind of state of mind that will in some way equal faith? Of course not. God does not require you to have great faith. You simply are to have faith in a great God. Jesus says: "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, "Move from here to there" and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."

RECEIVE: By faith, claim the answer to your request. If you know you are abiding in Christ and are controlled by the Holy Spirit and are praying according to the Word and will of God, you can expect God to answer your prayer. So be prepared to receive the answer. Imagine right now that you are receiving the answer to your request, and begin to thank God for it... It is a simple fact that whatever you vividly envision, ardently desire, sincerely believe and enthusiastically act upon must inevitably come to pass -- assuming, of course, that there is scriptural authority for it.
