Create a clean heart for me and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not banish me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore the joy of your salvation to me, and give me a willing spirit.

-- Psalm 51:10-12 (HCSB)

Be anxious for nothing (really)

From Curt Landry - 4 minute video - Trust God instead of focusing on "vain imaginations". (Don't worry or talk about something bad that could happen). Think about and talk about God's goodness. Not fear. Rise up out of a bad situation, and immediately give it to God in prayer, pray in spirit language if you don't even know how to pray, and do it and focus on God's love until all fear is off your soul.

From Brian Johnson - 38 minute video - Overcoming anxiety. Worship beats anxiety. Don't just "suck it up", or ignore the pain, or distract yourself from the pain. FEEL THE PAIN, then give it to God. Release it. Beautiful friendly warm talk. Sweet.
Blog from Tom & Jane Hamon - excerpts -

The enemy attacked David's family and those in covenant with him to confuse David and hit him where it hurt. When something like that happens to us, it can cause us to react emotionally, but David was able to calm himself and seek God and receive the word he needed to hear in order to continue to advance toward his destiny. The enemy wants to rattle your cage and get you off your game but don't let him. Scripture declares, "The God of peace will soon crush satan underneath your feet..." (Romans 16:20).

Hopelessness is a direct attack against the nature of God. When resources are stolen and we feel powerless to see change, we can sink into hopelessness. ..But we must not give into [it] and understand that Christ in us is the very hope of glory and the banner of victory to bring the change God wants.

    new mind
    new heart

We are made in the likeness of God. Jesus was begotten not made.

When we are Spirit Birthed in Jesus we become new creatures.

To manifest our new Being we allow the Holy Spirit and the Word to change our thinking, feelings, consciousness, subconscious & actions.

What you focus on is what you become and manifest. So, focus on  Jesus. WORSHIP God. Be present in Holy Spirit.
