"Which is the most important of all the commandments?"

Jesus said, "The first in importance is, ' Listen Israel: The Lord your God is one; so love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy.'"

"And here is the second: 'Love others as well as you love yourself.'"

Sid Roth's view of meditating scripture is to mutter it out loud.
Then personalize it, visualize it, and add descriptive wording.
Get it into your thinking and emotions.
Keep going until you have a knowing of it, in your heart.

His site is sidroth.org He posts numerous meditation Ebooks for free.

Here is my favorite from his "personalized" Ebook:  "... as Yeshua is, so am I in this world."
1 John 4:17. I have read that before, but when mediated upon as Sid suggests - WOW. Try it. Leave a comment if you're willing to share your experience and how it changed you.
