"Which is the most important of all the commandments?"

Jesus said, "The first in importance is, ' Listen Israel: The Lord your God is one; so love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy.'"

"And here is the second: 'Love others as well as you love yourself.'"

An example: God is always present. How do I cultivate an awareness to experience Him in each moment? Ask yourself throughout the day: Where have I met Jesus/Father/Holy Spirit today? Where have I missed Jesus/Father/Holy Spirit today? OR, ask yourself: What helps me pay attention to God? What hinders me from paying attention to God? AND, ask: How can I arrange to engage in more of the connecting events and to avoid some of the hindering events?
