"Which is the most important of all the commandments?"

Jesus said, "The first in importance is, ' Listen Israel: The Lord your God is one; so love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy.'"

"And here is the second: 'Love others as well as you love yourself.'"

Kenneth Copeland, on page 30, July 2018 Believer's Voice of Victory magazine (see pdf file above), explains how he partnered with God, to change his mental picture of himself from "fat" to "fit".
"ACCORDING TO ROMANS, HOPE IS ACTUALLY LOOKING AT SOMETHING YOU CAN’T SEE. HOW DO YOU DO THAT? YOU DO IT BY LOOKING AT THE PROMISES OF GOD IN THE WORD UNTIL WITH YOUR INNER EYES—THE EYES OF YOUR SPIRIT—A PICTURE IS FORMED."

Mac Hammond, starting at page 9, also wrote an article about visualizing.

"...we need vision directly from God, or what the Old Testament calls revelation. It’s a mental understanding of what the future holds, revealed by the Spirit.... If you want momentum to run with the vision, you must write it down. Put it on your refrigerator door and read it daily. Write it down so you can speak to it. Write it down so the Holy Ghost can add to it and make it clearer each day. After you’ve written down the vision, set what Philippians 3:14 calls marks—intermediate goals and objectives that take you toward your high calling."

"If you have a thought that’s contrary to what God has spoken to you, cast it away. Don’t let it fester. Conform your thoughts to the Word of God. Only speak what the Holy Ghost has spoken to you. Bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Manage your thought life by consistently hearing and speaking the Word. Then your faith will remain strong."
