"Which is the most important of all the commandments?"

Jesus said, "The first in importance is, ' Listen Israel: The Lord your God is one; so love the Lord God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence and energy.'"

"And here is the second: 'Love others as well as you love yourself.'"

                                                                                                                                            Mark 12:28-31 The Message Bible

KCM advice on how to meditate scripture:
Ask Holy Spirit to help you find a scripture that pertains to your situation. Read it, in context, and in the original text. Write it out. Post it where you can see it. Ponder it. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal its meaning to you. It may take days or weeks, but over time the Holy Spirit will give the meaning and revelation to you.
KCM recommends these verses to battle stress," here are five to get you started..."
  1. “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” –Philippians 4:8
  2. “And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.” –Philippians 4:19
  3. “Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.” –Proverbs 3:6
  4. “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” –Jeremiah 29:11
  5. “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.” –Isaiah 41:10
