Luther's Small Catechism is a Q&A for each line of: The 10 Commandments, The Apostles' Creed and the Lord's Prayer. The intent is to meditate on each bit and ask God to show you what it means, in your mind and in your heart. There is plenty of room to write down your thoughts or draw images. If your mind wonders, gently bring it back to the text.

This may lead to a realization, or forgiveness, or a release, or a healing of some sort. Then express your gratitude. One at a time is fine. No need to do them all in once and no need to rush. ​
