Discipline your mind to only think in line with truth (reciting God's promises to you, no fear).
Calm your body. Discipline your body. Build the right habits into your muscle memory and cells. Keep your spirit open to hear/do with God. Throughout the day, drop down into your torso area, check in with your inner man - what do you feel? It should be true peace and true joy and restfulness. If not, if there's any stress or fear or anxiety or anger or anything weighing on you, identify it and release it. Move to thankful joy.
